The Ridge at Bethel Townhomes
Bethel Woods is a thirty-seven home community spread over 20 acres and nestled against a ridge with hills, ponds, and changing topography. The homes are a mix of single-family and duplex ranch and two-story townhomes. The homes are of superior design and quality construction and were built to blend into the natural beauty of the site.
Homeowners are not burdened with maintaining their lawns, snow removal, or bothering with exterior home repairs as this is all covered by a low monthly maintenance fee.
In addition to the serenity and tranquility enjoyed by the homeowners, amenities have been added to enhance the feeling of community. These amenities include a park for adults and children with a gazebo and playground area, a sports court, a walking trail, a proposed picnic area that will have a pergola, grill, and firepit designed for gatherings and parties.
The eight homes at the Ridge at Bethel Woods represent the final opportunity to live in this unique community. Situated on a plateau built into the ridge they are a collection of uniquely designed homes that blend into nature. All of the homes will have fully finished lower levels and will have large, private side or rear yards. All the homes have space for home offices and entertainment areas.
Remarkably, Downtown Bethel with all its shopping, culture, history, and fine dining is only a minute away allowing homeowners to enjoy their natural setting and yet be convenient to all Downtown has to offer.
